The 10tph to100 tph Centrifugal Gold Separator Centrifugal Gold Separator is a high-capacity gravity separation system designed for large-scale gold mining operations. The core technology utilized is the water-jacketed centrifugal concentrator (Knelson-type), suitable for processing gold-bearing materials with a particle size of less than 6mm from placer, vein, and tailings deposits. By generating a centrifugal force field 200–600 times stronger than gravity combined with a fluidization water system to prevent bed compaction, the equipment achieves high-efficiency capture of micro-fine gold (0.004–0.074mm) with recovery rates exceeding 97%. Leading models, such as the STLB-100, support fully automated continuous discharge with a single-unit capacity of 60–80 t/h. Multiple units can be configured in parallel to meet 100 t/h system requirements, making them ideal for stationary plants and large-scale mobile processing systems.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
Slurry Preparation: Crushed and ground ore is conditioned into a slurry with a 30–50% concentration and pumped into a parallel feeding system for the centrifugal units.
Centrifugal Enrichment: Conical rotors spin at high speeds (100–400 rpm), creating a powerful centrifugal field where high-density gold particles are flung toward and captured within the inner wall grooves.
