A Micron Gold Separation Shaking Table refers to a high-precision gravity concentration device specifically engineered to recover gold particles at the micron scale. It bridges the gap in traditional mining by capturing fine gold—typically ranging from 30 microns to 2 mm—that is often lost in coarser sluice or jigging operations. It is an essential component for producing high-grade concentrates in modern mineral processing circuits.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The separation occurs through the interaction of four forces: gravity, transverse water momentum, reciprocating inertial force, and friction.
Feeding and Distribution: Ore pulp is fed uniformly onto the deck while a steady, thin film of wash water is supplied across the surface.
Stratification and Migration: Driven by a crank-and-link mechanism, the deck moves with a "slow forward, fast back" motion. High-density, coarse gold particles settle into the grooves (riffles) near the feed side and migrate longitudinally. Meanwhile, low-density gangue (waste) particles are lifted by the water flow and washed away laterally.
Product Separation: Over the length of the deck, the minerals form distinct density bands. High-purity gold concentrates enrich at the far end of the table, while middlings and tailings are discharged through separate outlets.
