1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment 


The High Recovery Rate Gold Concentrator is a gravity-based mineral processing system specifically engineered for the efficient extraction of free gold and fine-grained gold from ore. Core equipment types include Water-Jacketed Centrifugal Concentrators (Knelson-type), High-Speed Centrifugal Concentrators, and Composite Force Field Gold Recovery Units. By generating a centrifugal force field hundreds of times stronger than gravity, these devices significantly amplify the density differential between mineral particles. This allows micro-fine gold (particle size 0.004–0.074mm) to be effectively enriched within the rotor grooves, achieving recovery rates exceeding 95%. The equipment supports modular integration and is widely utilized in placer gold, hard rock gold, and tailings re-selection scenarios.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment


• Slurry Preparation: Ground ore is conditioned into a slurry with a concentration of 30–50% and pumped to the equipment inlet.

• Centrifugal Enrichment: The high-speed rotating conical rotor generates 200–600G of centrifugal force. High-density gold particles are flung toward the inner wall and captured within the grooves or bed surface.
• Stratification & Separation: Light-density gangue is carried by the water flow and discharged through the top or overflow port, achieving solid-liquid separation.
• Periodic Discharge: After a cycle of 1–4 hours, the system automatically pauses. High-pressure backwash water flushes the enriched gold concentrate into a collection tank.
• Multi-Stage Synergy: The unit can be integrated with shaking tables or flotation machines to form a combined circuit for further recovery of residual fines.
