Product Introduction

The refractory material rotary drum dryer is a specialized drying equipment customized for refractory aggregates, refractory powders, high-alumina refractory raw materials, and wet castable materials.

The dryer is optimized according to the characteristics of refractory materials, including high hardness, high temperature resistance, and uneven moisture content. It can efficiently remove surface moisture and capillary water from materials.

Working Principle

The dryer operates with an inclined rotary drum running at a low speed. Various wet refractory materials are evenly fed into the drying chamber.

As the drum rotates, the materials are continuously lifted, turned, and scattered, forming a continuously flowing material layer.

High-temperature hot air passes through the drying chamber and fully contacts the materials, gradually transferring heat and evaporating internal moisture layer by layer.

Under the combined effects of gravity and rotary pushing force, the materials steadily move forward and complete the processes of dehydration and uniform drying.

The qualified dried refractory materials are continuously discharged from the outlet, while moisture-containing exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
