Working Principle

The inclined dryer drum rotates at a constant speed. Wet cement raw materials are quantitatively fed into the drying chamber and continuously rolled and dispersed as the drum rotates, forming a uniform suspended material layer.

High-temperature hot air fully contacts the materials through convection heat exchange, rapidly evaporating residual moisture from the material surface and internal gaps.

Driven by the combined effects of gravity and rotary force, the materials slowly move forward through the drum, completing uniform dehydration and drying.

The dried raw materials that meet the required standards are continuously discharged from the outlet. Dust-containing moist exhaust gas passes through the dust removal and purification system before being discharged according to environmental requirements, completing the fully automatic drying process.
