Working Principle

The dedicated diesel burner atomizes and combusts diesel fuel efficiently, generating clean high-temperature hot air that is delivered into the drying drum.

Wet materials enter the drum at a uniform speed and are continuously rolled and dispersed as the drum rotates. The materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air, achieving efficient heat exchange and rapid evaporation of internal moisture.

The materials gradually move toward the discharge end under the force of gravity, completing the continuous drying process.
