Working Principle

The inclined drying drum rotates slowly. Various wet waste recycling materials are evenly fed into the drum.

Inside the drum, specially designed lifting structures continuously turn and disperse the mixed waste materials, forming a loose and continuously flowing material layer.

High-temperature hot air penetrates through the material layer and rapidly transfers heat to remove moisture, achieving efficient dehydration.

The materials gradually move forward under the combined effects of drum rotation and gravity, continuously completing drying and homogenization.

The qualified recycled materials are automatically discharged from the outlet. Exhaust gas is filtered and purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards, achieving efficient drying and recycling of waste materials.
