Working Principle

The dedicated coal combustion system fully burns coal to generate sufficient high-temperature hot air. Through the air distribution system, the hot air is evenly delivered into the drying drum.

After wet materials enter the drum, they are continuously lifted, turned, and dispersed as the drum rotates. The materials fully contact with the stable high-temperature hot air, achieving efficient heat exchange and rapid evaporation of internal moisture.

Under the combined effects of gravity and rotary pushing force, the materials slowly move forward and gradually complete the entire dehydration and drying process.

The qualified dried materials are continuously discharged from the outlet. Combustion exhaust gas and moisture-containing exhaust gas are collected, purified, and treated before being discharged according to environmental standards.
