Working Principle

The equipment is equipped with a dedicated natural gas burner that continuously generates clean high-temperature hot air. The hot air is evenly delivered into the rotary drum.

Wet materials enter the drum evenly from the feeding end. As the drum rotates slowly, the materials are continuously lifted, scattered, and mixed with the clean hot air, achieving efficient convective heat exchange and rapid moisture removal.

The materials gradually move toward the discharge end under the force of gravity, completing the continuous drying process.
