Product Introduction

The renewable resource rotary drum dryer is a specialized drying equipment designed for solid waste recycling and resource recovery applications. Working Principle

The inclined drying drum rotates slowly. Various wet recycled materials are evenly fed into the drum.

Inside the drum, lifting structures continuously turn, lift, and disperse the materials, forming a continuously flowing material layer.

High-temperature hot air penetrates through the material layer and completes efficient heat exchange, evaporating moisture from both the surface and interior of the materials.

Driven by drum rotation and gravity, the materials continuously move forward, gradually completing dehydration and shaping.

The qualified dried recycled materials are continuously discharged from the outlet. Exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before discharge according to environmental standards, achieving efficient drying and recycling of solid waste materials.
