Product Introduction

The ceramic material rotary drum dryer is a specialized drying equipment designed for the ceramic industry. It is mainly used for dehydration and drying of ceramic clay, ceramic powder, waste ceramic fragments, and ceramic raw materials.

The equipment is specially designed according to the characteristics of ceramic materials, such as fine texture, easy adhesion, and sensitivity to damage. It adopts a gentle drying process to quickly remove residual moisture while maintaining the original quality of the materials.

Working Principle

The dryer operates with an inclined drum rotating smoothly at a low speed. Wet ceramic raw materials are evenly fed into the drying chamber.

Through a specially designed flexible lifting structure, the materials are gently lifted, scattered, and loosened, forming a fluffy and suspended material layer.

Constant-temperature hot air evenly penetrates the material layer, gradually evaporating moisture from both the internal and surface areas of the materials. This prevents cracking, deformation, and agglomeration caused by rapid drying.

The materials slowly move toward the discharge end under the combined effects of drum rotation and gravity, completing uniform dehydration throughout the process.

The qualified dried ceramic materials are continuously discharged, while moisture-containing exhaust gas is purified through the treatment system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
