The biomass combustion system efficiently burns biomass pellet fuel to generate clean and constant-temperature hot air. The hot air is evenly delivered into the drying drum through the air distribution system.
After wet materials enter the drum, they are continuously lifted, scattered, and loosened as the drum rotates slowly. The materials fully exchange heat with the constant-temperature hot air, gradually evaporating moisture in a controlled manner.
Driven by gravity and rotary pushing force, the materials slowly move toward the discharge end, completing uniform dehydration throughout the drying process.
The qualified dried materials are continuously and stably discharged. The exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental protection standards.
