1.Product Introduction Rotary drum dryer
The dryer features a horizontal inclined rotary drum structure with an inclination angle of 2°–5° and adjustable rotation speeds (3–8 rpm). An integrated multi-section lifting flight system ensures the material forms a uniform "curtain" within the drum, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency. The equipment offers a processing capacity of 3–80 TPH (tons per hour). Drum dimensions and hot air systems are fully customizable based on initial moisture content (typically 10%–25%), final moisture requirements, and particle size distribution. With hot air temperatures regulated between 300–550°C, the system supports both co-current and counter-current drying modes to adapt to various working conditions.
2.Application Rotary drum dryer
Cement Raw Material Preparation: As a primary siliceous and aluminous raw material for cement clinker, dried clay significantly reduces grinding energy consumption and boosts ball mill efficiency.
Alternative Raw Material Processing: Suitable for drying alternative materials such as shale, laterite, and coal gangue, enhancing raw material adaptability.

3.Working Principle Rotary drum dryer
Feeding and Dispersion: After mechanical dehydration (via filter press or centrifuge), wet clay is uniformly fed into the drum inlet via belt conveyors or screw feeders. An internal breaking device is included to prevent material agglomeration.
Dynamic Drying Process: As the drum rotates at low speed, lifting flights repeatedly raise and shower the material, forming a high-density "material curtain." High-temperature hot air makes co-current or counter-current contact with the clay, rapidly evaporating moisture. The internal walls can be equipped with optional anti-stick coatings or airflow turbulence structures to reduce the risk of clay adhesion at high temperatures.
Gas-Solid Separation: Humid air and dust are drawn into a cyclone separator + baghouse dust collection system by an induced draft fan. The dust removal efficiency exceeds 99.5%, ensuring tail gas emissions meet environmental standards.
Discharge Control: The dried material is discharged and can be sent directly to the raw material mill or storage silos, enabling continuous production.
