1.Product Introduction

 

Bentonite dryers are industrial drying equipment primarily used for processing clay materials such as bentonite and kaolin. As a type of rotary drum dryer, they are widely applied across multiple industries including cement production, mining, building materials, chemical processing, and fertilizer manufacturing.

 

 

2.Application

 

Its applications are extensive, primarily covering the following fields:

  • Mining and Metallurgy: Used for drying bentonite as a binder in iron ore pellets to enhance pellet strength and smelting efficiency; also suitable for drying other ores, metal concentrates, and tailings.

Removing moisture from bentonite through thermal energy stabilizes its properties, facilitates storage, and enables subsequent processing.
