Their core function is to remove moisture from the material through heating and evaporation, thereby meeting the requirements for subsequent processing, transportation, or storage.
2.Application

3.Working Principle
The working principle of Rotary Drum Dryer for Kaolin Clay primarily relies on convective (direct) drying technology. Wet material is fed into the rotating drying cylinder via a feeding device. The cylinder's inner wall is equipped with specific lifting plates, which continuously lift and scatter the material as the cylinder rotates, thereby increasing the contact area and dispersion between the material and hot air. Simultaneously, hot air generated by heat sources such as direct-fired hot blast stoves is introduced into the cylinder, where it comes into full, direct contact with the falling material.Under the convective heat transfer effect of the hot air, moisture within the material rapidly evaporates and is carried away by the airflow. The dried material gradually moves toward the discharge end due to the cylinder's rotation and inclination, then exits via a conveying mechanism.
