1.Product Introduction

3.Working Principle

  • Primary Crushing: Raw materials are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for initial crushing, reducing large rock blocks to medium-sized pieces.
  • Conveying and Secondary Crushing: Material from primary crushing is transported by belt conveyors to secondary crushing equipment (such as impact crushers or cone crushers) for further reduction to smaller particle sizes.
  • Screening and Recirculation: The crushed material is graded by size through a vibrating screen. Material meeting the finished product specifications is separated, while undersize material is returned to the secondary crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed-circuit loop to ensure uniform and controllable final product particle size.
  • Automated Control: The entire production line is coordinated by an electrical control system, achieving automated interconnection across all stages from feeding, crushing, and conveying to screening.
