10TPH-150TPH Rock Crushing Production Line is an integrated mechanical system designed to process large raw rocks (such as granite, limestone, basalt, etc.) into construction-grade aggregates that meet precise gradation requirements. These systems are widely utilized in infrastructure sectors, including housing, highways, railways, and hydraulic engineering. Through the synergy of multi-stage crushing and screening, the system achieves continuous and automated production from raw materials to finished products.

1. System Core Components: Synergy of Four Functional Modules
A complete rock crushing production line is typically composed of the following key equipment, forming a closed-loop operational workflow:
Vibrating Feeder
Ensures uniform and stable feeding of raw materials into the primary crusher. It features a pre-screening function to remove soil and fine powders, effectively preventing equipment blockages.
Primary Crushing: Jaw Crusher
Serving as the coarse crushing unit, it handles raw rocks with feed sizes $le$ 750mm, reducing them to below 200mm. It is suitable for all types of high-hardness rock.
Secondary Crushing: Impact or Cone Crusher
Impact Crusher: Ideal for medium-to-soft rock (e.g., limestone); produces superior particle shape with minimal elongated or flaky particles.
Cone Crusher: Specialized for hard rock (e.g., granite, basalt); offers high wear resistance and lower operational costs.
Vibrating Screen
Performs multi-layer screening of crushed materials to separate finished aggregates into various specifications, such as 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 20–31.5mm. Unqualified particles are returned to the crusher for re-processing.
Belt Conveyor
Connects each unit to achieve automated material flow. Some systems are equipped with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) speed regulation to match production capacity fluctuations.
