3.Our Solutions
The production line is not a single piece of equipment, but a complete, integrated processing system where multiple functional units work in synergy. It typically consists of the following core components:
Vibrating Feeder: Ensures a uniform and continuous feed of large granite blocks into the crushing stage.
Jaw Crusher (Primary Crushing): Serving as the primary crusher, it is designed for the heavy-duty coarse crushing of large granite blocks. Its robust structure makes it the preferred choice for handling high-hardness rocks.
Cone Crusher or Impact Crusher (Secondary/Tertiary Crushing): Used for medium and fine crushing after the primary stage. These units further reduce particle size and improve the shape of the final product, achieving a more cubical shape and higher aggregate quality.
Vibrating Screen: Grades the crushed material and separates finished products by size. Oversized material is returned to the crusher for re-processing.
Belt Conveyors: Connect each unit to ensure the seamless and continuous transport of materials throughout the line.
Dust Collection & Environmental Protection System: Modern lines are typically equipped with fully enclosed structures, water spray systems, or bag-type dust collectors to meet strict environmental regulations and minimize dust pollution.
Centralized Electronic Control System: Provides automated control and monitoring for the entire production line, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Optional - VSI Crusher (Sand Making Machine): Depending on the production scale and requirements, a Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher can be added to produce high-quality manufactured sand, significantly increasing the added value of the final product.
