The phosphate ore rotary drum dryer is an industrial drying equipment specially developed for phosphate ore materials. It is mainly designed for drying wet phosphate rock, phosphate ore powder, and wet beneficiation slag.
The dryer is designed to handle the characteristics of phosphate ore, such as high moisture content and easy formation of sticky layers. Through an efficient heat exchange and drying process, it can quickly remove free moisture from the materials.

The dryer operates with an inclined rotary drum structure. Wet phosphate ore materials are evenly fed into the drying chamber and continuously tumble and flow inside the drum as it rotates.
High-temperature hot air passes through the interior of the drum and fully contacts the dynamically moving phosphate ore materials, rapidly transferring heat and evaporating moisture from the materials.
Driven by the combined effects of rotary motion and gravity, the materials gradually move toward the discharge end, completing the entire dehydration and drying process.
The exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged in compliance with environmental standards. The dried phosphate ore product is continuously and stably discharged, ensuring efficient and reliable production.
