The bentonite rotary drum dryer is specially designed for drying high-viscosity wet bentonite, bentonite filter cakes, and raw bentonite powder materials.
The complete drying system consists of a drying drum, heating system, feeding and discharging units, dust removal system, and transmission system. It can continuously and efficiently dry large quantities of moisture-containing bentonite materials.
After drying, the moisture content of the bentonite remains stable and meets production requirements. The dried bentonite is widely used in industries such as drilling, casting, organic fertilizer, waterproof materials, feed additives, and fillers.
The dryer can be equipped with various heat sources, including coal-fired, natural gas, and biomass heating systems.

The inclined drum rotates slowly and evenly. Wet bentonite is fed into the drum from the feeding end.
Inside the drum, lifting plates continuously raise and scatter the materials, forming a uniform material curtain. The bentonite fully contacts with the high-temperature hot air, rapidly evaporating the internal moisture.
The material gradually moves toward the discharge end under the force of gravity. Moist exhaust gas containing dust passes through the dust removal system, where powder materials are recovered and the gas is purified before discharge.
The dried bentonite that meets the required standards is continuously discharged from the outlet, ensuring stable and efficient production.
