The calcium carbonate rotary drum dryer is specially designed for processing heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, calcium carbonate filter cakes, and wet calcium powder.
The complete drying system consists of a drying drum, heating system, feeding and discharging units, dust removal system, and transmission components. It can continuously and efficiently dry large quantities of high-viscosity wet calcium carbonate materials.
After drying, the moisture content of the material is uniform and meets production requirements. The dried calcium carbonate is widely used in production lines for plastics, coatings, rubber, building material fillers, and other industries.
The dryer supports various heat sources, including coal, natural gas, and biomass fuels.

The dryer drum is installed at a slight inclination and rotates slowly. Wet calcium carbonate is fed into the drum from the feeding end.
Inside the drum, lifting plates repeatedly raise and scatter the powder materials, forming a uniform material curtain. The materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air, allowing moisture to evaporate efficiently.
The dried material gradually moves toward the discharge end under the force of gravity. Dust-containing moist exhaust gas passes through the dust removal system, where fine calcium carbonate powder is collected and recovered before the purified gas is discharged.
The qualified dried calcium carbonate is continuously and stably discharged from the outlet, ensuring efficient and stable production.
