1.Product Introduction Ore Beneficiation Equipment
The Continuous Sulfide Ore Flotation Separator is an industrial-grade automated system specifically designed for high-throughput and stable separation of sulfide minerals. Utilizing a multi-stage series of flotation cells, the equipment enables continuous slurry feeding, continuous tailings discharge, and continuous froth scraping. By integrating mechanical agitation with forced aeration and an AI dynamic regulation module, the system completes the entire Roughing–Cleaning–Scavenging cycle without manual intervention. It is the primary upgrade solution for large-scale concentrators with daily capacities exceeding 500 tons, effectively replacing traditional batch-style flotation machines.

3.Working Principle Ore Beneficiation Equipment
Continuous Feeding & Multi-stage Flotation: Ground slurry is uniformly distributed to the primary flotation cell via a pumping system. A high-speed rotating impeller introduces air to form 30–100 μm micro-bubbles, to which hydrophobic sulfide minerals (e.g., chalcopyrite, galena) selectively attach.
Continuous Froth Scraping: The rising mineralized froth is continuously removed by a multi-stage scraper system and output as concentrate. Unfloated minerals flow by gravity into subsequent cells for secondary collection and scavenging, incrementally boosting the total recovery rate.
Intelligent Parameter Regulation: The AI system captures real-time data on bubble imagery, slurry density, and level fluctuations. It dynamically optimizes aeration rates, reagent dosing speeds, and scraper rotation to achieve a "Sense–Decide–Execute" closed-loop control.
Closed-loop Tailings Treatment: Final tailings undergo thickening and dewatering for recycling or safe discharge. An integrated wastewater recovery system ensures a water utilization rate exceeding 90%.
