3.Working Principle Ore Beneficiation Equipment
1. Raw Material Processing & Separation
• The vibrating feeder delivers raw material into a multi-stage screening system to separate waste rock from fine ore.
• The high-pressure wash trommel screen utilizes triple-spray technology to strip away clay and sand, ensuring the mineral surfaces are fully liberated.
• The classifying screen categorizes materials into coarse, medium, and fine grades, which are then routed to fixed sluices or centrifugal concentrators for gravity enrichment.
2. Water Resource Recirculation System
• Tailings slurry undergoes primary clarification in sedimentation ponds before entering a membrane filtration system (such as microfiltration or reverse osmosis) for purification.
