1.Product Introduction
The 10TPH-150TPH River Stone Crusher Plant is a complete equipment system designed to process natural river pebbles and stones into high-quality construction aggregates. Specifically engineered for small-to-medium-sized sand and gravel production lines, its processing capacity ranges from 10 to 150 tons per hour (TPH). The equipment configuration can be flexibly customized to meet specific output requirements and project goals.

Converting tough materials like river stone and cobblestone into premium construction-grade aggregates. This system is the preferred choice for small and medium-sized quarrying operations and sand-making plants.
3.Our Solutions
1. Feeding and Pre-treatment Large river stones are discharged from the hopper into the Vibrating Feeder. This equipment ensures a uniform and continuous flow of raw material into the primary crusher. Its integrated pre-screening function bypasses fines and impurities (such as soil and debris), effectively preventing clogs and enhancing downstream crushing efficiency.
2. Primary Crushing Stage The raw stones first enter the Jaw Crusher for initial reduction, where boulders up to 700mm are crushed down to approximately 100–250mm. Due to its exceptional reliability, the jaw crusher is the preferred choice for primary crushing, especially for high-hardness river stones.
3. Secondary and Fine Crushing Stage Primary-crushed materials are transported via belt conveyors to secondary crushing units. Equipment selection depends on the specific requirements of the final product:
Cone Crusher: Engineered for high-hardness river stone (Mohs hardness 6–7). It offers superior wear resistance, a high crushing ratio, and produces high-quality aggregates with minimal elongated or flaky particles.
Impact Crusher: Ideal for materials with medium hardness, delivering excellent particle cubicity, commonly used in construction aggregate production.
VSI Crusher (Sand Maker): For manufactured sand production, a Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher is added to achieve deep shaping through the "stone-on-stone" principle.
4. Screening and Closed-circuit Cycle Crushed materials are graded by Multi-deck Vibrating Screens (e.g., model 3YK3072) into various specifications, such as 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 16–31.5mm. Qualified products are sent to the finished stockpiles, while oversized materials are returned to the crusher via a return belt for re-processing, forming a closed-loop circuit to ensure all particles meet the required size standards.
