Hydraulic Cone Crusher
1.Product Introduction
The hydraulic cone crusher was first produced in 1948 by the American company Allis-Chalmers. Through technological improvements, China has developed two mainstream models: the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (HP series) and the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (HCS series). The HP series incorporates German technology to achieve selective crushing; the HCS series integrates American technology, achieving breakthroughs in material layer crushing principles and hydrostatic pressure theory.This equipment has replaced spring cone crushers as the mainstream machinery in sand and gravel production.
2.Application
Hydraulic cone crushers are suitable for medium and fine crushing operations in metal mining, metallurgical industries, construction, road building, chemical, and silicate industries. They process materials including various ores and rocks.
3.Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via transmission components (such as V-belts and pulleys). The eccentric sleeve causes the crusher's moving cone (rolling head) to perform a swinging motion, alternately approaching and receding from the stationary fixed cone (rolling bowl). Material enters the annular crushing chamber formed between the two cones through the top feed opening. It is crushed by repeated squeezing, impact, and grinding between the moving and stationary cones. Material that has reached the required particle size is discharged from the bottom discharge opening under the force of gravity.

During iron overload or stalling, it automatically lifts and discharges material without requiring manual intervention or shutdown, enhancing continuous operation capability and safety.

Reliability and Long Service Life: Equipped with a thin-oil lubrication system that effectively controls temperature and protects bearings and other transmission components.High-performance labyrinth seals effectively block dust and reduce wear.Key components utilize wear-resistant materials, significantly extending equipment lifespan and lowering operating costs.
Simple Maintenance and Low Cost: Hydraulic protection and automatic chamber cleaning systems reduce maintenance complexity and labor expenses.
