Coal Washing Equipment Capacity from 10tph to 300tph
Coal washing equipment consists of specialized machinery designed for the cleaning, sorting, and upgrading of raw coal. By removing impurities such as gangue, ash, and sulfur, these systems significantly enhance coal quality and utilization efficiency. This equipment is widely utilized across coal mines, coal preparation plants (CPPs), and industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering.
1. Raw Material Preparation & Crushing Equipment
Crusher: Used to reduce large lumps of raw coal to a suitable particle size for the washing process.
Screening Machine: (e.g., Linear Vibrating Screen, Banana Screen, or Arc Screen): Used for particle size grading, removing oversized impurities, or desliming pretreatment.
2. Physical Separation Equipment (Density-Based)
Heavy Medium Separation (HMS) Equipment:
Heavy Medium Separator & Heavy Medium Cyclone: Utilizes high-density suspension (magnetite) to separate clean coal from gangue with high precision. Ideal for coals with varying degrees of washability.
