1.Product Introduction
The Manganese Ore Trommel Scrubber is a large-scale industrial washing system specifically designed to handle raw manganese ores characterized by high mud content and strong stickiness. Primarily used in the ore pretreatment stage, its core structure includes an inclined rotating drum, internal wear-resistant liners, lifters, and a high-pressure water rinsing system. It efficiently removes soil, impurities, and viscous clay lumps from the ore surface, providing clean raw material for subsequent crushing, magnetic separation, or gravity separation processes.

Manganese Beneficiation Plants: Used for the primary washing of manganese oxide and manganese carbonate ores to improve ore grade.
Metallic Mines: Applicable to iron, chromite, and tin ores with high mud content that tend to clog equipment.
Construction & Building Materials: Used for the desliming and classification of sand and gravel aggregates to meet concrete industry standards.
Environmental Protection & Resource Recovery: Facilitates the separation of minerals from slurry in tailings recovery and industrial waste treatment, promoting water recycling.
3.Working Principle
Feeding & Rotation: Raw ore and high-pressure water enter from the feed end of the drum. The drum is driven by a motor and reducer, rotating at low speeds.
Scrubbing & Disintegration: Internal lifters carry the ore upward and drop it, creating intense impact, friction, and autogenous grinding (ore-on-ore scrubbing) that disintegrates stubborn clay lumps.
Separation & Discharge: The cleaned ore moves toward the discharge end guided by gravity and water flow. Simultaneously, the mud and fine impurities are discharged through drum perforations or end-overflow ports into a settling system for recycling.
