1.Product Introduction
The Eco-Friendly Sand Washing Solution is an integrated water treatment system specifically designed for manufactured sand (M-sand) production. Its core functions include washing, dewatering, and fine sand recovery, aiming to reduce water consumption and environmental pollution while enhancing aggregate quality. The solution typically features a Screw Sand Washer or Wheel Sand Washer as the primary equipment, with an optional Fine Sand Recovery Unit (including cyclones and vibrating screens) to capture lost fine particles and enable wastewater recycling.
2.Application
Ready-Mixed Concrete & Precast Components: Produces high-purity sand to improve the strength and durability of concrete.
Construction Aggregate Processing: Used in sand and gravel yards or quarries to purify raw materials such as quartz sand, granite, and limestone.
Mining & Mineral Processing: Performs classification and desliming for industrial minerals like silica sand.
Environmental Protection & Resource Recovery: Processes recycled aggregates from construction waste to achieve resource utilization.
3.Working Principle
Washing & Separation: The sand mixture enters the tank, where spiral or wheel-type blades agitate the material to separate impurities (clay, dust, organic matter) from the sand. Impurities are then discharged with the overflow.
Dewatering: The washed sand passes through an inclined screen or dewatering device to achieve solid-liquid separation and lower the moisture content of the final product.
Fine Sand Recovery (Optional): The overflowing slurry is concentrated via a cyclone; the concentrated sand is then dewatered and recovered by a vibrating screen, while clean water is reused, minimizing both fine sand loss and wastewater discharge.
