Blade Type Ore Washer
1.Product Introduction
This is a large-scale ore washing machine that relies on thickened high-manganese steel spiral blades fixed to drive shafts. It is designed to perform powerful cutting, agitation, and scrubbing of hard ores with high mud content and high plasticity, ensuring the effective separation of ore from mud.
2.Application
Metal Mining: Widely used for washing raw ores of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including iron, copper, gold, and tin.
Industrial Sectors: Applicable to the steel, metallurgy, chemical, and construction material industries for cleaning various types of ores and stone.
Core Scenarios: Specifically suited for handling ore raw materials that are heavy in mud, highly viscous, and difficult to wash, effectively preventing mud from clogging downstream crushing and screening equipment.
3.Working Principle
1.Feeding: The mixture of ore and water enters through the feed inlet at one end of the equipment.
2. Agitation: Motors and reducers drive the transmission shafts, equipped with spiral blades, to rotate at high speeds.
3. Scrubbing: The blades continuously cut, stir, and scrub the ore and mud balls, ensuring the mud is thoroughly broken down.
4. Discharge (Waste): The fragmented mud and soluble impurities overflow from the top of the unit along with the water flow.
5. Discharge (Product): The cleaned ore is pushed forward by the blades and discharged through the outlet at the opposite end.
