Coarse Material Washer
1.Product Introduction
The Coarse Material Ore Washer is a large-scale washing device designed to process ores with high clay content and strong viscosity. It primarily serves to remove soil, sticky impurities, and soluble harmful substances from the surface of ores, thereby improving ore grade and subsequent processing efficiency. Its core structure includes an inclined tank, rotating spiral paddle blades, a transmission shaft, a reducer, and a motor. It is specifically engineered to handle raw ore materials with large particle sizes.

3.Working Principle
Feeding: Ore enters the washing tank through the inlet at one end of the equipment.
Agitation & Separation: The motor drives the transmission shaft, causing the high-manganese steel spiral paddle blades to rotate at high speeds. These blades exert powerful cutting, stirring, and scrubbing actions on the ore and mud clumps, breaking down adhered soil.
Impurity Discharge: The disintegrated mud and soluble impurities are carried away by water flow and discharged through the overflow outlet.
Clean Ore Output: The washed ore is pushed by the blades toward the discharge outlet at the opposite end, completing the washing process.
