1.Product Introduction


An energy-saving ball mill is a grinding equipment that optimizes the structure and upgrades the energy efficiency of a traditional ball mill. It achieves more economical and environmentally friendly industrial grinding operations by reducing energy consumption and improving grinding efficiency. Its core objective is to significantly reduce electricity consumption and operating costs while maintaining fineness (e.g., 325 mesh) and production capacity. It is widely used in energy-intensive industries such as cement, refractory materials, mineral processing, and ceramics.



2.Application


1.  Refractory materials industry: Supporting the preparation of fine powders


  • Chromium ore powder is ground to 325 mesh (≈47 μm) and used to prepare magnesia-chrome bricks to improve their resistance to slag erosion.
  • High-alumina materials are processed through energy-saving ball milling to increase particle packing density and enhance the compactness and refractoriness of the products.
