Product Description

Product Overview

This integrated unit combines log washer and rotary trommel screen into one washing system. It handles heavily clay-bearing ore, alluvial gold and aggregate in a single flow. Raw materials go through clay scrubbing, mud removal and size separation without extra transfer equipment, forming a compact full wet washing line.

Working Principle

1. Raw muddy materials feed into log washer first; twin shafts create stone-on-stone friction to dissolve clay coatings.

2. Washed mixture flows directly into trommel screen.

3. Rotary drum separates large oversize rocks out, and internal water sprays wash residual slime away.

4. Qualified fine ore/sand passes through drum meshes for downstream beneficiation.
