Product Overview

This iron ore log washer is specially developed for washing clay-coated iron ore, laterite iron and weathered iron ore. It adopts twin counter-rotating shafts to realize intense stone attrition, effectively separate sticky slime from iron ore lumps. It is widely matched with trommel screens, vibrating screens and iron beneficiation production lines for desliming and impurity removal.

Working Principle

Raw iron ore mixed with clay enters the washing tank. Two spiral shafts rotate oppositely to lift and tumble ores. Friction between ore particles breaks clay agglomerates and washes mud off iron ore. Muddy water overflows from the overflow outlet, while clean iron ore is discharged from the end for subsequent screening and magnetic separation.
