1.Product Introduction Magnetic Separator
A self-cleaning magnetic separator is a device capable of automatically clearing adsorbed impurities without human intervention. Building upon traditional magnetic separators, it integrates an automatic cleaning mechanism (such as scrapers, pneumatic systems, or rotating units). Once iron impurities are captured, the system automatically strips and collects them, enabling 24-hour continuous operation and avoiding production downtime typically required for manual cleaning.

Food Industry: Used in processing lines for grains, flour, sugar, milk powder, and spices to remove metal contaminants, complying with HACCP and FDA safety standards.
Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals: Ensures the purity of raw materials and intermediates, preventing iron impurities from catalyzing adverse reactions or contaminating products.

3.Working Principle Magnetic Separator
Its core principle combines magnetic susceptibility separation with an automatic cleaning mechanism:
Magnetic Adsorption: Materials (such as powders, granules, or fluids) flow through a high-intensity magnetic field zone inside the device. Ferromagnetic impurities (e.g., iron or steel chips) are attracted and adsorbed onto the surface of magnetic rods, grids, or drums.
Passage of Non-magnetic Materials: Non-magnetic materials continue to flow forward under the influence of gravity or airflow and exit through the discharge outlet, completing the initial separation.
Automatic Cleaning: When the magnetic components carrying the impurities rotate or move to a non-magnetic zone, an internal cleaning device (such as a scraper, compressed air nozzle, or vibration mechanism) scrapes or blows the impurities off the magnet surface. The debris is then collected into a dedicated container, completing the self-cleaning cycle.
