1.Product Introduction

 

Vibrating screens are high-precision screening devices whose core components include the screen box, vibrating motor (or exciter), screen mesh, spring support system, and feed/discharge ports. Their design enables efficient processing of granular, powdered, and even viscous materials through vibratory motion. Product models vary widely, with nominal diameters ranging from 400mm to 2000mm. Screen decks typically feature 1 to 3 layers, while mesh specifications (mesh/inch) span 2 to 325 mesh to accommodate diverse particle size classification requirements.

 

 

2.Application

 

Its applications are extensive, primarily covering the following fields:

  • Particle Size Classification: Separating materials into different grades based on particle size.

    Impurity Removal and Filtration: Removing impurities from materials or achieving solid-liquid separation.

3.Working Principle

 

The working principle of a vibrating screen is based on mechanical vibration. Driven by a vibrating motor or exciter, the equipment generates periodic vibratory forces in vertical, horizontal, circular, or linear directions. These forces are transmitted through the screen frame to the screen mesh. After entering the screen surface via the feed inlet, the material jumps, rolls, or slides forward under the influence of vibration. During this process, fine particles smaller than the mesh aperture penetrate the openings and fall to the lower layer, while larger particles are retained on the screen and continue moving forward. They are ultimately discharged through different outlets, achieving material classification or separation. By adjusting parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and screen inclination angle, the screening efficiency can be optimized.
