1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine
The 30TPH–100TPH Dry Magnetic Separator is a high-efficiency magnetic separation device specifically engineered for the pre-concentration and purification of dry iron ore. By utilizing a high-intensity magnetic field, it achieves the precise separation of magnetic minerals from non-magnetic impurities, significantly enhancing the feed grade for downstream processing.
2.Application Mineral Screening Machine
Iron Ore Pre-concentration: Used for the dry separation of lean magnetite or rich iron ore prior to the grinding stage. It effectively rejects gangue (tailings), substantially increasing the iron grade of the mill feed.
Resource Recovery: Processes tailings or steel slag waste to recover residual magnetic minerals, promoting resource circularity and minimizing waste.
Industrial Raw Material Purification: Ideal for iron removal operations in the refractory materials and chemical industries, ensuring high product purity.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Magnetic Separation Mechanism: The equipment utilizes high-energy-product Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets to construct a powerful magnetic field. The magnetic system's wrap angle is designed to ensure uniform coverage across the separation zone, causing magnetic minerals to adsorb onto the drum surface while non-magnetic impurities fall away with the material flow.
Dynamic Separation Process: The rotating drum drives the material movement. By adjusting the magnetic field intensity and drum rotation speed, the system optimizes the "magnetic tumbling" effect, facilitating rapid mineral separation and preventing material sticking or clogging.
