1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine

The 30TPH–100TPH Dry Magnetic Separator is a high-efficiency magnetic separation device specifically engineered for the pre-concentration and purification of dry iron ore. By utilizing a high-intensity magnetic field, it achieves the precise separation of magnetic minerals from non-magnetic impurities, significantly enhancing the feed grade for downstream processing.


2.Application Mineral Screening Machine

  • Iron Ore Pre-concentration: Used for the dry separation of lean magnetite or rich iron ore prior to the grinding stage. It effectively rejects gangue (tailings), substantially increasing the iron grade of the mill feed.

  • Resource Recovery: Processes tailings or steel slag waste to recover residual magnetic minerals, promoting resource circularity and minimizing waste.
