1.Product Introduction

 

The dewatering screen is a mechanical device that utilizes vibrating screening principles to achieve material dewatering. Its core function is to reduce the final moisture content in solid materials and separate solid-liquid mixtures. This equipment typically consists of a screen box, vibrator, support system, and motor. 3.Working Principle

 

The working principle of the dewatering screen primarily relies on the vibration of the screen mesh. Wet material to be processed is continuously fed onto the screen surface. Driven by the vibrator, the screen box performs reciprocating linear motion. Subjected to vibration on the screen surface, moisture is separated and discharged through the mesh apertures, while solid materials are retained and conveyed forward along the screen, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation.
