3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Linear Vibration Mechanism: Driven by dual counter-rotating vibrating motors, the screen body undergoes linear motion. This force causes the mineral feed to stratify on the screen surface; coarser minerals rise to the top layer, while finer particles and impurities sink to the bottom.
Precision Grading Process: A multi-deck design (typically 2–3 layers) enables precise size classification. "Oversize" material consists of large mineral particles, while "undersize" material consists of fines or impurities. The mesh aperture is adjustable to meet specific ore requirements.
Dynamic Balancing System: An integrated counterweight adjustment device automatically optimizes vibration amplitude and frequency. This ensures stable material flow and prevents "blinding" (clogging) or uneven distribution across the screen deck.
