1.Product Introduction Magnetic Separator
A Rare Earth Magnetic Separator is an industrial device that utilizes rare earth permanent magnetic materials (such as Neodymium Iron Boron, NdFeB) to generate a powerful magnetic field. It is designed to remove magnetic impurities from materials or to sort magnetic minerals. As a specialized type of high-intensity magnetic separator, it is widely utilized across various industries due to its high field strength, low energy consumption, compact structure, and ease of maintenance.
2.Application Magnetic Separator
Due to its high field strength and high-purity separation capabilities, this equipment is widely used in:
Mining & Mineral Processing: Sorting weakly magnetic minerals like rare earth ores, ilmenite, zircon, garnet, and kaolin to improve concentrate grade.

3.Working Principle Magnetic Separator
The operation of the rare earth magnetic separator is based on magnetic susceptibility differentiation:
Feeding: Materials (dry powder, granules, or fluids) pass through the magnetic field zone of the equipment.
Capture: The rare earth permanent magnets arranged inside produce a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field.
Adsorption: Ferromagnetic substances (such as iron, cobalt, nickel) and some paramagnetic substances (such as certain rare earth minerals or ilmenite) are attracted and adsorbed onto the surface of magnetic rollers, grids, or drums.
Separation: Non-magnetic materials remain unaffected and continue along their original path, achieving separation.
Discharge: The adsorbed magnetic particles move with the magnet to a non-magnetic zone, where they are removed by scrapers, rinsing, or gravity, allowing for continuous operation.
