1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The Hard-Rock Gold Gravity Concentration Table is a high-precision mineral processing device designed specifically for the characteristics of primary (lode) gold ores. It features an inclined deck with specialized surface structures, such as riffles or grooves, which undergo high-frequency, short-stroke reciprocating motion. Assisted by water flow, mineral particles stratify and migrate based on density. Heavy gold particles settle and are captured, while lighter gangue is washed away, achieving significant enrichment.
2.Application Gold Ore Processing Equipment
Hard-Rock Processing Plants: Acts as the core equipment in gravity circuits for roughing, scavenging, or cleaning ground ore to maximize total recovery.
Pre-concentration: Removes bulk gangue before downstream processes like flotation or cyanidation, reducing the volume to be treated and improving overall economic efficiency.
Fine Gold Capture: Exceptionally efficient at recovering fine gold particles in the 0.02–0.5 mm range, outperforming many traditional methods.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
Feeding and Wetting: The ore pulp (typically 15–30% solids) resulting from crushing and grinding is distributed uniformly onto the inclined deck.
Stratification and Transport: The deck is driven by a mechanism (such as a crank-and-link or electromagnetic drive) that produces a differential reciprocating motion. Simultaneously, a thin film of transverse wash water flows across the deck.
Density Separation: Under the combined forces of mechanical motion and water flow, particles stratify by density. The densest gold particles settle to the bottom-most layer against the deck and migrate diagonally toward the concentrate end.
Product Discharge:
Concentrate: High-grade gold is discharged from the concentrate port at the end of the deck.
Middlings & Tailings: Lower-density materials are discharged from the middle and end sections.
Optimization: Separation can be fine-tuned by adjusting the longitudinal slope, transverse tilt, water flow, and vibration frequency/amplitude.
4. Advantages Gold Ore Processing Equipment
