3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The principle of the Gemini Shaking Table is based on gravity separation, combining the effects of three key forces:
Asymmetric Reciprocating Motion: Driven by a motor via a crank-and-link mechanism, the deck generates a "slow forward and fast return" motion. This creates inertial forces on the mineral particles, promoting stratification.
Transverse Wash Water: Supplied continuously from water troughs along the side of the deck, the water's momentum pushes lighter mineral particles laterally toward the tailings side.
Gravity and Friction: Particles slide down the inclined deck surface under gravity while experiencing friction against the riffles.
