1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment
This is a type of gravity separation equipment specifically designed to process fine-grained gold (typically between 30 microns and 2 mm). By simulating a sorting process involving natural water flow and vibration, it achieves high-efficiency separation of gold from gangue minerals.
2.Application Gold Ore Processing Equipment
This equipment is primarily used in the following scenarios:
Gold Ore Beneficiation: It is the mainstream gravity equipment for processing coarse, medium, and fine-grained gold in placer and lode gold deposits, especially for "easy-to-process" ores where gold exists in its native metallic form.
Other Metal Beneficiation: Equally suitable for separating other metal minerals with significant density differences, such as tungsten, tin, titanium, tantalum, copper, manganese, chromium, and zirconium.
Pre-concentration & Scavenging: Frequently used as a pre-concentration device to preliminary enrich large volumes of low-grade ore, reducing the burden on downstream processes; or as a scavenging device to recover residual fine gold from tailings, improving total recovery rates.
Small and Large-Scale Mining: Available in both laboratory and industrial models, it is suitable for small-scale/artisanal mining as well as gravity separation workshops in large-scale mines.
3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The working principle is based on mineral density differences and asymmetric reciprocating motion:
Feeding: Ore pulp (a mixture of ore and water) is uniformly distributed onto an inclined deck surface featuring specialized grooves or riffles.
Stratification: Under the combined action of the asymmetric reciprocating motion (driven by a crank-and-link mechanism) and transverse water flow, high-density gold particles (specific gravity $approx$ 19.3) settle to the bottom layer. They are pushed by the "snapping" motion of the deck and the water flow to move in a specific direction (usually laterally).
Separation: Lower-density gangue minerals (specific gravity $approx$ 2.5–3.0) remain in the upper layer and are carried away by the water flow, discharging from the opposite side of the deck.
Concentrate Output: After multiple stages of stratification and lateral movement, the high-density gold particles are enriched in a specific concentrate zone on the deck, forming high-grade "directly smeltable gold concentrate" collected via a dedicated concentrate trough.
