The name "Gemini" reflects its symmetrical dual-deck structure, which enables high-precision density stratification. "GT1000" signifies its maximum processing capacity of up to 450 kg per hour, making it ideal for medium-scale mineral processing operations. Rather than an electronic or smart system, this is a purely physical gravity separation machine that utilizes mechanical motion and water flow to achieve high-efficiency separation of gold particles from gangue.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The equipment is driven by a gear motor and crank mechanism, causing the deck to reciprocate with an adjustable stroke (typically calibrated for optimized mineral travel).
Deck Construction: The surface features a Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) wear-resistant coating with precision grooves designed to trap high-density minerals.
Water Control: A central water supply system precisely regulates a transverse wash flow of 12 to 38 L/min, creating a stable laminar flow.
Separation Process: Under the combined action of shaking and water flow, gold particles (density > 19text{ g/cm}^3) settle into the bottom of the grooves, while low-density gangue (such as quartz) is washed away as tailings. Mid-density materials remain in the middle zone for secondary recovery.
Quick Calibration: The stroke amplitude and deck inclination can be synchronized and optimized by adjusting a single screw, allowing for rapid parameter adaptation to different ore types.
