1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener
The High-Efficiency Thickener is a specialized dewatering system engineered for copper ore slurries. By leveraging the synergy of gravity sedimentation and mechanical scraping, the equipment achieves rapid slurry thickening and high-efficiency solid-liquid separation. Featuring an inclined tank body and a rotating rake structure, it supports continuous operation, significantly increasing copper concentrate density while reducing the load on downstream filtration units. It is ideally suited for large-scale mineral processing production lines.
2.Application High Efficiency Thickener
Copper Ore Beneficiation: Replaces traditional equipment in the concentrate dewatering stage. It raises concentrate density to optimal levels, reducing transportation volume and costs for both sulfide and oxide copper ores.
Tailings Management: Used for tailings dewatering to relieve pressure on tailings dams, mitigate environmental pollution, and support resource recycling.

3.Working Principle High Efficiency Thickener
Gravity Sedimentation: The copper slurry undergoes stratification within the inclined tank via gravity. Solid particles settle to the bottom to form a thickened phase layer, while clarified water exits through the overflow weir.
Mechanical Scraping: A rotating rake assembly continuously moves the settled solids toward the central discharge outlet, preventing localized accumulation and ensuring a uniform, stable dewatering process.
Automatic Control: An integrated intelligent system regulates rake lift and rotational speed, allowing the equipment to adapt to varying feed concentrations and minimizing manual intervention.
