1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener

The High-Efficiency Thickener is a specialized dewatering system engineered for copper ore slurries. By leveraging the synergy of gravity sedimentation and mechanical scraping, the equipment achieves rapid slurry thickening and high-efficiency solid-liquid separation. Featuring an inclined tank body and a rotating rake structure, it supports continuous operation, significantly increasing copper concentrate density while reducing the load on downstream filtration units. It is ideally suited for large-scale mineral processing production lines.

 

2.Application High Efficiency Thickener

  • Copper Ore Beneficiation: Replaces traditional equipment in the concentrate dewatering stage. It raises concentrate density to optimal levels, reducing transportation volume and costs for both sulfide and oxide copper ores.
