1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener
The High-Efficiency Gold Tailings Thickening System is a continuous thickening solution specifically engineered for the treatment of tailings following the gold extraction process. By integrating a deep-cone thickener with a rake-type scraper, the system utilizes gravity sedimentation to rapidly separate solid particles from the tailings slurry. The resulting clarified overflow is converted into recycled water, significantly enhancing resource utilization and mitigating environmental impact. 2.Application High Efficiency Thickener
Gold Tailings Treatment: Concentrates and dehydrates tailings slurry within the mineral processing flow, reducing storage risks and enabling the recovery of residual gold and other valuable metals.
Environmental Protection & Resource Cycling: Processed tailings can be repurposed as backfill material or raw materials for construction, reducing land occupation and the risk of secondary disasters.

3.Working Principle High Efficiency Thickener
Feeding & Sedimentation: Tailings slurry is uniformly injected into the deep-cone tank through a feed well. Under the influence of gravity, solid particles accelerate toward the bottom to form a sediment layer, while clarified liquid exits via the overflow weir.
Scraping & Discharge: A rake-type scraper operates continuously, moving the settled tailings toward the central discharge outlet at the bottom of the tank. This ensures continuous operation and prevents system clogging.
