1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener
The High Underflow Density High Efficiency Thickener is a core pretreatment system specifically engineered for tailings dry stacking processes. By leveraging the synergy of gravity sedimentation and advanced flocculation technology, it concentrates mineral tailings slurry (10%–30% solids) into an underflow concentration of 40%–75%. This significantly alleviates the load on downstream dewatering equipment and provides the high-concentration material foundation required for dry stacking or underground backfilling. Integrating inclined settling plates, central/peripheral rake assemblies, and intelligent dosing systems, it is a key piece of equipment for "green mine" construction.

3.Working Principle High Efficiency Thickener
The system operates through a three-stage mechanism: Flocculated Sedimentation + Thick-Phase Filtration + Mechanical Scraping.
Accelerated Flocculation: Polymer flocculants (such as PAM) are added to aggregate fine particles into large flocs, increasing the settling velocity by 3–5 times.
High-Efficiency Sedimentation: The inclined plate structure shortens the settling path and increases the effective sedimentation area. The forming thick-phase layer acts as a self-filtering membrane to further capture fine particles.
Underflow Discharge: A rotating rake assembly operates at a low speed (0.5–1.5 r/min) to push the high-density underflow (>60%) toward the central discharge outlet. The overflow consists of clarified water (turbidity <30 NTU) recycled back into the processing circuit.
