1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener
Specially designed for the dewatering of lithium ore slurries, this high-efficiency thickening equipment utilizes the synergy of gravity sedimentation and mechanical scraping to achieve rapid slurry thickening and effective solid-liquid separation. Featuring an inclined tank body and a dynamic scraping system, the equipment supports continuous operation, significantly increasing lithium concentrate density and reducing the load on downstream processing. It is ideally suited for lithium ore beneficiation production lines.

Lithium Ore Beneficiation: Replaces traditional dewatering equipment in the concentrate thickening stage. It raises concentrate density to optimal levels, reducing transportation volume and costs for spodumene, lepidolite, and other lithium-bearing ores.
Resource Recycling: Recovers process water for recirculation within the beneficiation flow, lowering fresh water consumption and supporting sustainable production goals.

3.Working Principle High Efficiency Thickener
Gravity Stratification Mechanism: Lithium slurry undergoes stratification within the inclined tank via gravity. Solid particles slide naturally along the sloped bottom to form a high-concentration sediment layer, while clarified water is discharged through the overflow weir.
Dynamic Scraping System: A rotating rake assembly moves at a constant speed, continuously scraping settled solids toward the central discharge outlet. This prevents localized accumulation that could impair dewatering efficiency.
Intelligent Control Unit: Integrated sensors and control systems monitor the concentration gradient within the tank in real-time, automatically adjusting the rake’s rotational speed and lifting frequency to adapt to different operational requirements.
