1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener

 

The High-Efficiency Thickener is a specialized dewatering system designed for iron ore concentrates. It utilizes the synergy of gravity sedimentation and mechanical scraping to achieve rapid thickening and efficient water separation. Featuring an inclined tank body and a rotating rake structure, the equipment supports continuous operation, significantly increasing concentrate density while reducing the load on downstream filtration systems. It is ideal for large-scale mineral processing lines.

 

2.Application High Efficiency Thickener

  • Iron Ore Beneficiation: Replaces traditional thickening equipment in the concentrate dewatering stage. It raises concentrate density to optimal levels, reducing transportation volume and costs for various ores, including magnetite and hematite.
