1.Product Introduction Ore Beneficiation Equipment
The Mobile Gold Washing and Recovery Plant is a modular mineral processing system that integrates crushing, screening, washing, and concentration. It is specifically designed for placer gold mining, riverbed panning, and tailings reclamation. 3.Working Principle Ore Beneficiation Equipment
Feeding & Coarse Screening: Raw material enters a multi-stage screening system via a vibrating feeder. Waste rock larger than 10cm is separated to reduce the processing load on downstream components.
High-Pressure Washing & Scrubbing: Material smaller than 10cm enters the trommel screen, where high-pressure water jets perform triple-spraying to strip away clay and sand, ensuring gold particles are fully liberated.
Classification & Separation:
Fine Materials (<6mm): Transported via slurry pumps to horizontal centrifugal concentrators or pulsating sluices, utilizing centrifugal or gravitational force for gold enrichment.

Coarse Materials (>15mm): Discharged as final tailings.
