The core technology utilized is the water-jacketed centrifugal concentrator, represented by leading domestic and international brands such as Knelson, Jiedeng, and Chuanqi. These units operate on the principle of centrifugally enhanced gravity separation, requiring no chemical reagents. They are highly effective at processing micro-fine gold with particle sizes ranging from 0.004mm to 0.074mm, achieving recovery rates as high as 97%–99%. 3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
Slurry Feeding: Slurry conditioned to a concentration of 30–50% enters the high-speed rotating conical rotor from the bottom.
Centrifugal Enrichment: The rotor spins to generate centrifugal forces of 200–600G. High-density gold particles are flung toward and captured within the inner wall grooves, while light-density gangue overflows from the top.
Periodic Discharge: After 1–4 hours of operation, the system automatically pauses. High-pressure backwash water flushes the enriched gold concentrate from the grooves into a collection tank.
